Prevention funds are available for FULTON County residents. 

1. Go directly to Fulton County court at G-100 to the Fulton Agency for prevention

      Time: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 9 and 3pm

2. List ALL members of the household by Name, Gender, Birth date, and Social security number.

3. Copy of last two paystubs or separation notice by employer (only needed if you are employed).

4. Unemployment benefit letter

5. CLEAR pictures ALL household members social security cards, birth certificates, and Driver’s license/State ID 

6. Copy of lease

7. W9 form

8. Rent ledger

9. Late notice
