 Applicant Criteria

• Must  earn 3 x asking rent or solid voucher program
• Must  have ID and Social Security card
• No eviction or judgments (exception may be considered)
• If self employed  must show 3 consecutive years of taxes
• NO Pets (with out owner approval)
• ALL potential applicants living in home must be on application and all persons over the age of 18 must have background check
• Falsifying application will terminate your application

Standard Application fee: $50 per adult None refundable

Admin Fee/Processing Fee: $200 None refundable

NOTE: DEPOSITS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT A PROSPECTIVE TENANT CANCELS  APPLICATION- NO EXCEPTIONS
